I’ve heard almost ninety-six percent of the Internet is made of lies. It’s true: over the Internet, you can never be so sure as to what constitutes as “real” – especially when you’re dealing with identities. I am hoping this blog represents that remaining four percent: I want to be real. So why would you bother reading a blog of somebody you don’t know?
Well, to be honest, I don’t really know who I am either, so let’s call it even.
I am a first-time blogger, so please excuse my novice techniques. I just want to get my thoughts down – that’s what bloggers do, isn’t it? I want to learn about myself, I want you to learn about yourself, and I want both of us to see the world differently. Most of all, however, I want to improve my writing skills. My ability to communicate is shoddy at best. So I figure, the more I write, the better I’ll get. I hope.
But I don’t want this blog to just be about me talking – I want to have discussions with you. At the moment, this is just me sharing my views because there isn’t much traffic for this blog, but eventually, I want this to be about us having a conversation. The beauty of the Internet allows this to happen, so let’s take advantage of its services. So use the comments to communicate to with me. If the blog gets enough visitors who comment, I hope that this can be our blog.
If you haven’t already read the HAQ, much of the blogging will consist of political, religious, and societal musings. If you aren’t interested in any of these topics, I encourage you to learn to appreciate these subjects. Whether through this blog, discussion with friends, or the News – being interested in life is important, and everything is interesting if you look at it the right way.

If you want to change the world, you have to be different. So strive to be different not to be unique, but because you have to.
